First Citizens' employees are given the opportunity to participate in the annual United Way campaign. The level of combined corporate and employee giving continues to grow each year. United Way is the opportunity for donors to "unite" under one umbrella to change the community and improve lives. First Citizens was recently placed 4th in the "Top Giving Companies" in West Tennessee

Contributions are invested in agencies and programs in participating counties that offer solutions to each community's most crucial needs.
